Records of the Office of Senior Associate Vice President for Health Sciences during the tenure of Robert I. Levy, 1986-1988; also included are records from his earlier roles as Senior Advisor to Columbia University and Vice President for Health Sciences, 1983-1986. Included are correspondence, committee minutes, reports, and contracts with Presbyterian Hospital and the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation.
Columbia University's relationship with Presbyterian Hospital is the main subject documented in these records. There is also a considerable amount of records on the development of the Integrated Academic Information Management System (IAIMS), a multi-institutional project funded by the National Library of Medicine.
